Information For Authors

Are you interested in having an article published in the Special Editions of the Journal of Japanese Law? Please direct any questions regarding submissions to zjapanr@mpipriv.de.

If already existing, include a complete copy of your manuscript both as an open file (e.g. Word) and as a PDF document; you should also send a brief description of the submission and a copy of your CV.

Submissions should follow the Journal’s guidelines regarding style and citation. The guidelines can be accessed here or can be requested from the managing editor. The editorial staff reserves the right to revise the text if necessary and to make adaptations regarding the form of citation.

Please note that costs payable to the publishing house are associated with publication in the Special Editions series.
